L’image est l’excellence meme de la definition Blu-ray. Les details sont excellents, de la peau aux differents envrionnements. Juste du bruit video est apparent dans les scenes tres sombres mais n’est pas en soi une distraction. Une presentation d’excellente qualite.
The picture is excellent and on par with the Blu-Ray definition. Details are excellent, from the actors’s skin to all the different environments. Very little video noise is apparent in extremey dark scenes but is not overall a distraction. This is a hugely satisfying presentation of the film.

A ma grande surprise Sony continie d’omettre une piste Dolby Atmos alors que celle ci est presente sur le disque UHD. Ceci dit le 5.1 se defend monstuseusement birn. Et le film est incroyable au nivau sonore en 5.1. Dialogues, details sonores et effets panoramiques sont bien presents. Ca n,est pas du Atmos mais on en est tout de meme pas yropn loin et la bafe son ne ecoit pas.
I was very surprised not to find a Dolby Atmos track on the disc, an Atmos track being present on the UHD disc. However the 5.1 is an actual beast awaiting to be awaken. The 5.1 track delivers prodigious sound. Dialogues, all sound details and panoramic shots are very well defined. We‘re yet not in Atmos but we’re not that far from it and the 5.1 track will not disappoint.

VERDICT : Personnellement je l’ai vu en IMAX et le film est sympathique pendant une heure trente puis devient une véritable RIDE comme on les trouve à Disneyland. La dernière demi heure projetée en IMAX est visuellement incroyable et on en prend pleins les oreilles. Ne vous attendez donc pas un film plus que sympathique et à une fin délirante. Pour retrouver l’impact IMAX(si je puis dire), je vous conseille si possible une très bonne installation son et le plus grand écran possible car la fin vaut vraiment le détour. Pas indispensable mais sympathique et une fin qui décoiffe.

I personally saw it in IMAX. The movie’s nice for the first hour and a half then becomes a true RIDE like the ones found at Disneyland. The last half hour in IMAX is visually incredible and massively punchy sound wise. Don’t expect a great film but just a nice one with a great and quite delirious ending. To get back to its IMAX impact(If I may call it that), I strongly suggest to have a very good sound system and the biggest screen possible as the ending’s is worth the ticket of admission. May not be worth a purchase for some but it’s still a cool and nice film with a delirious and quite over the top but stupendous ending.
